2014 was a busy year for me at the Sports Commission as the charity celebrated its 10th birthday. Amongst the regular programme taking place that year we organised a number of events to celebrate how far the charity had come since its inception in 2003. This involved catching up with old staff members and carefully carving out a digestible journey that viewers could understand in the form of a video documentary.

We utilised some archive images, interviewed old and current members of staff and mapped out what the charity had achieved by its 10th birthday. I was privileged enough that I was given time to meet up with old members of staff to hear the funny stories and heroic efforts that have got the charity to where it is today.

From the first Sporting Achievement Awards held at Beau Sejour to the more recent Olympic Torch Relay visiting the Bailiwick the video documentary showcases the best bits of their first 10 years.
