We have enjoyed working alongside the Guernsey Walking Football Club since their inception and have enjoyed providing them with a range of digital support. This has included the establishment of their website, social media channels, as well as promotional posters and, more recently, the coverage of a session they delivered for members of Rotary Guernsey. We were asked to provide video and photo coverage of the training session and accompanying social event at KGV Memorial Playing Fields, which has been the home of the Club since its inception.
The short summary video we produced showcases a number of testimonials from Rotary members, all of whom were trying the sport for the first time. The requirements to cover the event wasn’t just video, but also via photos too, so we brought along our trusty 100-400mm lens so we could get as close to the action as possible. The National Walking Football Association continues to watch our Club’s ongoing development with interest as the local development officer / coach for the Club continues to forge relationships and links with many well established community groups. And this new relationship was no different. The number of players trying the sport here in Guernsey continues to increase and the support we provide to the Club continues all year round, so we look forward with anticipation to hearing how we can be of service next.
