We have worked alongside the Guernsey Disability Alliance, the team at We All Matter Eh? for some time now as we endeavor to support the legislation of equality opportunities for disabled people here in Guernsey. Only this month we have supported the recently formed Guernsey Equality Working Group as they continue to offer resources, equality and human rights events to the people of the Bailiwick.

The first Equality Conference took place on Thursday 4th July and was rated as a tremendous success by many of the 200 people who attended. The passion and experience of the key note speakers, panellist and workshop facilitators made our job super easy. We provided a full suite of services for the morning of the event and over the lunchtime session. We live-streamed two of the presentations, video produced a round-up of the day including interviews with over ten delegates who were in attendance. This was complimented by a range of photography of the various events, presentations and workshops that took place throughout the day.

Despite 200 people being at the venue eager to share their thoughts and opinions on Twitter via the interactive hashtag (#StartTheConversation) they made use of the in house wi-fi as well as local 4G networks. Our livestreams were flawless and the two streams on Facebook continued with in sync video and audio throughout. We switched between three live camera feeds within the venue, all managed by our Director on the fly. The presentation slides from the event were integrated into the livestream, with multiple wireless microphones being mixed by the in house technical team and a single mix output to the audience. We can provide multiple services on location at your event, if you are in need or have an idea for a project, get in touch!
